Church on Wheels offers on-site consultation to support your church planting endeavor.

What is included in the Site Visit?

The site visit generally includes an overnight visit to the location of your church plant. A Church On Wheels consultant will research your neighborhood and help to determine a signage plan to help people find their way to your new church. Once on location, we will lead you through the visit experience of a new attendee. We will lend our expertise to help you pinpoint potential issues before they are issues. This process will include table layout, signage, audio/video ambiance, coffee location, children's sign in areas, and more. We will help you “paint the picture” of what your church will look like, and then we will translate it on to paper. During this process, we keep a careful eye out for safety and “hot button” issues that may have escaped you.

With a careful eye on your budget, we will discuss your wishes for your Sanctuary, and build a plan to accomplish your desired end goal using a wide variety of Audio, lighting and ambiance tools & methods.

Once the assessment is completed on location, our consultant will create a layout map. Upon approval, a location by location quote will be generated to supply the plant.

How much will this cost?

A Church On Wheels site visit is $995.00 which is inclusive of all travel expenses. However, $300.00 of that $995.00 is refundable towards any items you purchase from Church on Wheels. Therefore, upon completion of your Church On Wheels experience, the site visit will have only cost $695.00.
