Your consultant has a unique skill set in that he has designed numerous systems and knows how the bottom line is shaking out as the visit proceeds. If you are exceeding your budget with your wants and needs, the consultant can let you know, and suggest areas that may be trimmed to allow enough funds for areas where the quality of equipment is non-negotiable.
